A weekend at Parkway

Friday was a great day... All thanks to Sophia for acc me to get all my driving stuff done =)
Went town after that and i seriously feel that its just a super boring place as we finished "shopping" after 3 hrs? And most of the time was seating around for coffee and sharing!
Meet sis after that for Zara sale.... None of them got things except me the one that say will not be buying =)
Rocher bean curb for dinner and home sweet home.
Left for supper at Geylang at night. Had frog leg proridge as was craving for it. Second round of bean curb at the famous store there and ended up home at 1 plus.

Spend the whole weekend at PARKWAY! What a great shopping mall right!?
Meet up with my god mother there as it was rather long since we go out for a meal. Sis tag along too. So we ended up shopping at Parkway till evening than left for aunt house for dinner as everyone came over to gather.
Good food plus chit chating makes my Saturday night worth =)

Sunday morning for Dim Sum at Yan Palace...
Was damn pissed because got cut queued for twice!!!
This people are so irriating....They just cant seems to see that there is a queue for the tables!
When we finally got a table, they gave us this dim lighted corner table.... My anger got worst!
But somehow we managed to change a table if not i sure left the place.
Afterall the food wasnt as fantastic as state in the foruems... So not worth queuing!
Parkway again in the late after with sis for tea and some stuff...
Loyang Temple with mum and aunties... It has been quite long since i last been there.
Homed after dinner and cont to watch my HK drama...
There is this 3 HK drama that i am currently watching and its just made me glue myself at home the whole day to watch!

Well school starting in 2 days =(
No more those enjoyments and its time to get down to earth and do serious stuff!
Anyway going for my first lesson ltr..( all the best man =))

the pain that i put through.

MUM IS BACK!

Yes its a damn good news as life will be back to normal and no more sufferings in such warm weathers.
Sad to say 7 more days to school start, not looking forward to it at all and can forsee myself to suffer more for the upcoming 3 years.
Sometime i really wonder are we really brought to this earth to suffer cause i really dont see the enjoying sight!
Happiness just dont last long but sadness seems to last forever.
Still back to reality, we need to learn to pull through it all!
Just like what i did! I know i am able to =)


Anyway will be meeting up with my 2 long lost primary school friend later!
Yes PRIMARY SCHOOL. Haha sounds weird right cause it has been like 7 years?
Hope we will have a great time catching up.

Father's Day


Sunday : Early Father's Day Celebration

As cont from Mother's day... We decided to celebrate together again =)
This time was planned by me & mel...
Choose this Peranakan resturant at Bukit Timah....
Was but first visit but according to all useful resources...Its was not too bad...
Price was reasonable but portion alil smal...
Taste wise was great!
We ordered almost 10 dishes....
Dessert was ok only but one of it was damn NICE! ( Banana cooked in something) Hhahaha

After that we decided to head down to Geylang for DURAIN!
Its like the best thing on earth for me and my Aunt as we both LOVE durains!
We were all very bloated already...They ordered 9 normal durian.... 1 Cat mountain!

BBQ night.


Saturday

It was a dark Saturday.....
Slacked at home for half a day trying to gain back some sleeping time lost throughout my malaysia trip...
When we were about to leave house for BBQ at 4 the sky seems to be rather unfriendly!
Headed to Bedok with sis to get the remaining stuff.... Meet up with Qt and Td picked us up...
When we arrived at Changi it was already raining.... But after some discussion we decided to continue as P & Ed feels that it would some how stop...
This is how we managed to set up the fire...

Our yummy food... Credit to BBQ Wholesale... always think they have good food...

Guys posting....Zoom in to Td and his hands on the pit...Special way of bbqing but the bacon were really yummying using his style! && He invented bbqing nuggets... Maybe not him but it was my first time having a bbq with nuggets!

Muar

Here's an update on my short trip to Malaysia ( Muar / KL / Ipoh /Muar)

Went back to Muar on Friday night to my grandparents house...
Left for KL on early Sunday morning with my cousin...
And of cause to KL means crazy Shopping!!!!
We seriously walked till dead... Conqured 3 shoping malls in a day!
Below are some pictures to share.....

Etude House My fav brand as their moisturizer really smells good!


Went Pavillion and spotted this Coach Store which is 4 story high and consist a cafe!
Anyway dislike shopping at Pavillion as the sales staff there sucks!
They will see if u are at the correct age or rich enough before they even care serving you! Super bad service!

Something that you should not miss when you are KL...
The famous noodles at Chi Chong Kai.... Yummy! Plus the Gui Lin Gao! Best combination!

Way to Ipoh....
Quite terrible.... Cant get a goos timing for the bus as the tickets were all sold out....
Aircon was bad but we managed to survive till there... After all 3 hrs bus ride only =)


The FAMOUS bean spout chicken.... SUPER YUMMY! ESP the HORFUN!
Ipoh's Horfun is the best on earth very very nice!
Plus other food like the salted chicken, dim sums. asam laksa... I just keep eating!
The best part of it is their Night market.... It has everything and the variety of food is so much that you donnoe where to start!


Next was this steamboat which reminds me of the one in Taiwan....
With the belts of food rotating and the individual pot.....
Yummy and cheap!
After all that fun, its back to Muar for my last visiting before i head back to Singapore....






Its a memorable trip as its the first time i go to Malaysia without my Family!
I guess this shows that my mum feels that i am old enough to take care of myself even when i am away...Probably they are training me for their future plans which i hope not =)

my random yesterday

My body clock seems to change from bad to worst...
Recently have been sleeping at 3- 4 am and waking up after 11?
Goodness wonder how am i going to tune back when sch starts!

So yesterday was usual, woke up at 11am. Slacked around...
Mum was back with my lunch at 1 plus.
Off to Chinatown with her for checkup at 2.
After that we headed to town for some coffee...

We settled at canele patisserie
Ordered their crepze as it was rather tasty after tht time i had it with Sophia.
And mum seems to be in love with blackforest recently!

After our tea we walked around and mum went to meet up with her friend while i headed to Parkway to develop the photos i finally choosen.
Got all my stuff just in time as mel came to pick me.
We are suppose to go ECP for a "run" . But as u all know..... Running is so not me...
Ended up at Lagoon for dinner.. And usually ended up with a table of food.

Drove round the carparks where stupid couple does stupid things there....
I just feel its damn lame la doing such thing in carpark thinking that no one knows...
And there are actually quite a number of them!
This ended my thursday.

Going off to Malaysia in 6 hours...
Bag not packed. Still slcaking around.
Very hungry now and i am going cook some maggie NOW.

Meet ups : Steamboat

After much thinking.... I shall not update about my China trip cause its too long a trip to summarize and there is like over a 1000 pictures to upload!!!
So sorry about it but i am really too lazy to do it!~~

Anyway after i am back have being doing alot of things....
Recently went to the Henderson Waves. Yes like finaally after so long hearing ppl talking about it!

Met up with the PTs & weiguo for steamboat dinner as he will be going off to NS.
It has been like mths since i met up with the PTs and really miss them!
Silly Marilyn, next time pls whenever you are happy or sad you can always call us up! Same goes to Jan.... Dont keep things in hard and suffer yourself as we will always be there for you!

After dinner we decide to have some coffee & chat at Starbucks.

Marilyn recomended this but me & Jan just find the taste weird as you can tell from our expression after we had a sip!

Had a great day with them & looking forward to our next meet up! =)
Meet up with Sis, Edm & YH at Bugis for dinner yesterday and its like my 2nd time on the same week going back the same place. Had MOF which i dont tink its fantastic and met Shi Han my primary schmate! Its like so qiao la coz we have not seen each other for but 7 years?? Exchanged numbers and shall plan a primary school meet up soon!
Headed to SIM today with Jan to pay up our school fee...
After so many days of thinking i am still confused on what i really want. But today i told myself after paying that now i had already paid & enrolled, i should not think too much or regret but to complete it and do my best. No matter how difficult it can be, i know i will sure make my way till the end.
